These Terms govern your use of AIopsy (the “Service”), a product of AI Guru. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AIopsy is an AI-native monitoring service. It performs outside-in synthetic checks (HTTP, SSL, DNS, API, browser workflows, page health, AI answer quality, heartbeats) and generates AI-assisted incident analysis. It does not require an SDK or agent installed in your application.
2. Preview / beta
The Service is provided as a preview, “as is” and “as available,” without any service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, or warranty. Features may change, break, or be discontinued, and data may be reset during the preview period.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You may only configure monitoring for websites, endpoints, and systems that you own or are authorized to monitor. You must not use the Service to attack, overload, denial-of-service, scan, or probe third parties without authorization, to circumvent access controls, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or threaten its stability.
5. AI-generated output
Root-cause analyses, “likely cause” explanations, suggested actions, and answer-quality judgments are AI-generated hypotheses and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for assistance only. Verify before acting on them; you are responsible for decisions you make based on the output.
6. Your configuration & credentials
You grant us the rights necessary to run the checks you configure, including fetching your URLs, executing the browser workflows you define, and calling the endpoints you provide. You are responsible for the monitors, credentials, and instructions you configure and for ensuring you have the right to do so.
7. Fees
The Service is free during the preview. Paid plans and pricing may be introduced; we will provide notice before charging you.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIopsy and AI Guru are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
