Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what AIopsy (a product of AI Guru) collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the AIopsy service.
What we collect
- Account data: your name and email, and your organization details.
- Configuration: the URLs, endpoints, and monitor settings you create.
- Credentials: any secrets you provide for checks (e.g. logins for browser workflows), stored encrypted.
- Check results: responses, status, timings, screenshots, and AI output produced by running your monitors.
- Usage & log data: standard request/log and device data needed to operate the Service.
How we use it
To operate your monitoring, generate alerts and AI incident analysis, provide status pages and reports, secure the Service, and improve it. We do not sell your personal data.
We send transactional email — verification, password resets, alerts, and reports — via Amazon SES. These are necessary to operate the Service.
AI processing
To generate incident root-cause analysis and answer-quality judgments, monitoring data (such as failing check details, page content, and your AI endpoints' responses) may be processed by a third-party AI provider. We share only what is needed to produce the analysis.
Security
Credentials are encrypted at rest. Checks are protected against server-side request forgery (SSRF). Access to your data is scoped to your organization and protected by authentication and role-based controls.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of providers to run the Service, including a cloud hosting provider (AWS), an email provider (Amazon SES), and a third-party AI model provider. They process data on our behalf to deliver the Service.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the sub-processors above, when required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.
Retention
We retain account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. During the preview, data may be reset. You can request deletion (see below).
Your rights
You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies/local storage required for authentication and core functionality.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
